You will receive all exact pickup instructions as soon as the order is prepared.

How long does it take to print, pack, and ship an order?

Where do you ship and what are the shipping rates?

We currently ship anywhere within the United States, in addition to offering local pickup in Philadelphia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total size and weight of your package, and you will see the exact shipping rate clearly calculated at checkout before completing your purchase.

What should I do if my order arrives broken or goes missing?

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item along with the shipping box. If your shipment appears lost in transit or has not arrived, contact us with your tracking details so we can investigate. Depending on the circumstance, we will provide a replacement or work out the best solution for you.
